Reservations are recommended for busy weekends and holidays such as: Christmas, New Years, MLK Weekend, President's Weekend, etc. 

You DO NOT NEED A RESERVATION to rent equipment. 

You can walk-in and rent in-shop anytime we are open. We do offer the ability to pick up your equipment after 2pm if you are renting for the following day. (Example: If you're renting for April 5th, you may pick up AFTER 2pm on April 4th)

Reservations MUST be made 48 hours or more prior to pick up. (we rarely run out of equipment if you have a last-minute trip)

You will need to try on boots at the store. We want to make sure that your rental experience is a well-fitting boot, which will lead to a quality experience and for that we ask you try on the boots and we then adjust the bindings to fit the boots.  We are proud of the fact that we have Master Fit Footbeds in all our rental boots to give you maximum support and comfort.

We DO NOT require a credit card or driver's license to book a reservation with us. HOWEVER, you will need to show a credit card and driver's license at the shop to secure your rentals. We charge you upon your return of the rental equipment for the days that you have had it in your possession. 

YOU MUST bring an ID and major credit card upon picking up your equipment.

Please remember to cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.

We can always accommodate adding or removing a person from your reservation last minute when you get to the shop!
